Falafel Waffles Or … Faffles?

Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas (roasted)
- 1/4 onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 3/4 cup chickpea flour
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tbsp aquafaba
- Place all ingredients except for milk, aquafaba, and flour into food processor. Pulse until thick crumble-y paste forms.
- Add milk, aquafaba, and flour and stir with rubber spatula until you achieve batter consistency.
- Ladle onto waffle iron on low temperature for 5-7 minutes until dark brown.
