Vegan Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a small spot, together with 1 1/2 cup of water. Place the heat on medium-high and bring to a boil, stirring frequently to avoid clumping. Cook until the sauce begins to thicken (about 3 more minutes).
  • Pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Your vegan pumpkin spice syrup should last about 7 to 10 days. Make sure to give it a good shake before using!
