Preheat your oven to 450° F. Then, shred your tofu using a shredder and place in a large bowl.
Season your tofu with paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, black pepper, msg. Next, add 2 tbsp of Korean BBQ sauce. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Spread your shredded tofu on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Make sure it's only one, thin layer. Give the top of the tofu another quick spray with the cooking spray. Then, place in the oven and cook until the tofu is crispy, around 25 to 30 minutes.
To make the sandwich, place the roasted tofu into a large bowl. Add 2 tbsp of Korean BBQ sauce, toasted sesame seeds, sesame oil, and green onions. Mix until well-combined.
Place vegan lunch meat onto hamburger bun, top with shredded cabbage, add more vegan lunch meat, slather a little more Korean BBQ sauce onto top bun, before placing on top of the vegan lunch meat.
